Thanks for the warm welcome! I'd actually lean towards my southern blood when it comes to opinions though...

but just as my grandmother used to say, 'you can make a pancake as flat as you want it, but it will still have two sides'.

Carmel is actually where I live!! Wow, that's cool!!
