Just finished rereading an interview on booknotes in the 90's with Shelby Foote. As I've say before, fascinating man and interview. He makes the observation that the jewish community continues to remember the holocast while the black community tends to want to forget slavery. I know this is a generalization but it does seem to exist. Any comments for this difference. Doc C
