It is very rare for an author or a website to have a truly complete OOB, ie. numbers, losses, armaments, arty gun types. It takes a great deal of effort to compile and the information doesn't always exist. Luckily, for what you're looking for, Stephen Wise has a very detailed OOB in his book Gate of Hell. It is a very fine book and copies are fairly easy to find.
