 Note to self, never order a cheese steak from Javal.

CHEESE WHIZ!!!!  That stuff is for crackers and it has to have jalapenos in it.

Actually, I heard that in a newspaper article about the history of the cheese steak I read a few months ago.  Those folks take their Cheese Steaks as serious as we Texans take our Barbecue, which does not involve hickory, vinegar or pigs I might add.
