I haven't seen the movie so it's not really fair for me to be on this thread but I made the post earlier to add the link to the article from the mag.  It's been nice to see others take interest and of all people, you guys would be the first to talk about this "historical" movie.  The people in the LDS community do not deny the horrific event took place.  Many of us enjoy studying the history of our church.  I imagine many of you, just like me,  take what you see or read and continue your studies to form your opinions, from hopefully more than one point of view.  Mr Romney isn't deep enough into the race to cause such a stir just yet.  Just a warning if he does though... the press might release illicit info about him avoiding alcohol and spending every Monday night playing board games with his family.  Dang them Mormons.

Here's something not everyone on here can claim...My great grandpa used to tell me stories of him as a child watching his mom hang a sheet up on her ceiling to seperate the small house they shared with his dad's other wife and kids.  The two wives weren't very fond of eachother and would throw trash onto the other woman's side.  They were of course, due to laws made, the last generation of polygamists in my family.  I think they were the only in my family actually. Laws were made and they were on the run from then on out basically.  What was the husband suppose to do?  Abandon one family to be with the other?  I'm not a Fundalmentalist by the way.  My husband says one is plenty.

Uh oh--google "Mormon" and "Fuller" pops up? :D sweet
