Calcav was irritated and made ill by this essay that I posted a link to earlier.
A Jeffersonian View of the Civil War
I said that I agreed with some of what the author maintained (about the causes of the war and the actions taken by the federal government).
The implication I took from the response was that I was considered to be something of a troglodyte for giving credibility to any of it, in spite of the: "wealth of knowledge" that is out there.
