Fuller - just a quick question. Why wouldn't you join up with a local unit anyway? Lord knows there are many menfolk out there whose wives don't find it their cup of tea but they do it anyway. Keeps 'em out of trouble. Same should go for you. If you really love it that much and miss it you should go for it. Perhaps it might persuade him to join you on occasion to see what is so enticing about the hobby. Who know's...he might get hooked himself!
