 I must not be communicating very well... I have repetedly said that I believe the attacked officer has the right to use any and all means to defend himself....and that includes deadly force. In my discussions re tasers it was with NON VIOLENT persons who for whatever reason refused to comply...not violent persons attacking the cop or someone else.

In the case of Chicago Cops, I stand by what I said...they appear to be a rogue force.... check out the recent history and current investigations as well as those who have been found guilty and have pled guilty..

I shoot with a lot of cops and like, admire and respect them. I have observed however that they ( cops in general) are becomeing more aggressive. As a cop friend explained it when trying to teach the concept of community policing...his students said repetedly "I know how to cuff 'em, fight'em and shoot 'em, ya mean I gotta TALK to 'em"
