Pvt , I love it , the Flat Tones. good one. How could you forget the Eagles ? I have stood on the Corner in Winslow Arizona. and it is a fine sight to see.
They have made it into a little park in honor of the song Take it Easy. There is a statue of a young man with a guitar and on the wall next to the statue is a mural of a store front window. In the window is a flat bed Ford with a girl driving . The music blares out from speakers set up on the other three corners. A small sign tells the story of a 70's band who wrote a song .. . . . Pretty cool. Oh and the lady in the drug store will come out with her polaroid and take your picture if you don't have your own camera .
Now headed back to my Hotel California where I can check in but never leave.
