leaving out hte question of the mower because it is not germaine...I believe the courts would say that it is indeed my shed. It is a permanent structure on my land. Now the courts may say that certain compensations be made, but would not take kindly to you posting armed guards around it to keep me from having it.
and you started the 21st century analagy with the JD mower idas...don't believe they were around in the period under
consideration.
