Remember all the blind premies showing up in the 50's because of RLF.. well we learned from that and we (you) will learn from this era of flying blind ..no pun intended.
Pushing the envelope is how progress is made, and no, computer modelling cannot account for all experimentation.
Moral question: Provide treatemnt and get less than perfect results, but maybe learn something to help in the future..or sit by, shake your head, shed a tear, and watch innocents die. I think the choice is pretty easy (MHO)
