It would appear that your local CWRT is what the members make of it. Basically, it's a club of people who share an interest in the ACW. Ours meets in a bathouse and collects annual dues to pay for the newletter and donuts.
If the CWRT that advertised isn't to your liking and you can't move them, there will be another close by that has no phone number.
