 Hello all,
 
Please take one minute to fill this online petition regarding the preservation of Camp Letterman in Gettysburg.  It is in severe danger of becoming a housing development.  Please be sure to click on "The Undersigned" to fill in your name, etc.
 
Also, please forward this message to as many people as you can.  The more signatures for this cause, the better.  Thanks for your help and willingness to help save this piece of history.

 I think all history should be saved. I read where some developer wanted to start taking battlefields and put houses stores and cell phone towers on them. This developer said that these fields were useless pieces of land that nobody cared about. People do care about these fields. They are where our great great great grandfathers died. These are the places where young sons and brothers, friends, fathers, and neighbors lived, fought and died together.
