What nonsense. Read Maxwell's new intro to the Extended Dirctors Cut BluRay book. Maxwell doesn't hate anyone. If anything, the hallmark of his two movies is compassion for the entire generation that fought the war and endured it's sufferings. Have you actually watched th movies?

Hello,

iam Andreas from germany and i just want to say that i really look forward for the 3. movie. I love both films, gettysburg and G and G and supported the makers in any way. I have all DVDs, Blue Rays and books around that part of your history and i really enjoy it to get "lost" in that time.

so thumbs up from germany for "last full measure" becomes the movie that it deserves. not even because of the good books and movies that had done yet, also because of the great history you had.

sorry for poor english and greetings from germany!

Is there any new information about this film being made? Or any news about it?

It's generally accepted that the "log cabin" in question was one of the 1863 J. Weikert outbuildings somewhere in the vicinity of the "D. A. 140 P. V." rock carving that marks the initial burial site of Capt. David Acheson

the only way this could work is if we get a crap load of reactors , and although the community in the east might not be to happy about the last movie hears an idea it would be filmed out west in Oregon or Washington where there are a decent number of reactors who love these movies and the numbers grow too. although the gentleman who owns these rights. perhaps he might reconsider if he see's one of these reenactments and if we get a good turn out and if we put on a good battle. if the men had the time (likely weekends and minor holidays) there might be a chance they'll even volunteer for the filming.

Difference between music for a movie and the actual movie. Personally I liked Dylan's Cross the Green Mountain even though I'm no fan of the movie.
