As with the Sopranos, going through withdrawal with the series Adams. The new PBS series Carrier helped. Great thus far if you haven't seen it. For all out there, I'M BACK with all my BS. Doc C

Southern Son wrote: Hey susansweet, Cleburne Fan here. Hubby and I loved the John Adams series. I truly feel Paul Giamatti should get an Emmy for his performance. (This tears me apart because I also feel Johnathan Rhys-Myers richly deserves an Emmy for his role as King Henry VIII in The Tudors.) I also want Laura Linney should get an Emmy for her role as Abigale Adams. The last episode was so sad. I HATE sad stories, but I had to suffer through all the sad, sad happenings trying not to cry. This week I was in "John Adams withdrawal." Only "The Tudors" are helping me through. That is such a fascinating series, now in its second season. I understand they will soon start filmimg the third season, so The Tudors has definitely become my new Sopranos.
