i make these a lot. everybody in my house loves em.

2  cans of mini biscuits
your favorite shredded cheese
1 pack of turkey (lunch meat)
1 pack of ham or other favorite lunch meat

preheat oven  to 400

cut up 2 pieces of each type of meat and place on a plate. take one biscuit and flatten it. place some cheese on it and then add the meat. pinch the bottom of the biscuit together and place on a greased cookie sheet. place in the oven for 10 min. then place the oven on broil for about 1-2 min to brown the tops. serve immediately

if cooking for 1 person then 1 can of biscuits will do. each can makes 10 bite sized hot pockets: add more cans of biscuits depending on how many you are cooking for.

Dixie, I make something similiar to these hot pockets, using the pizza dough tubes. I cut the dough in half, and pile on ham, pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, and some pizza sauce, close them up, poke a couple holes in the top, and bake at 400 for about 15-20 minutes. Voila--calzones! And yes, everyone here loves them, too!

Do you ladies think they would freeze well?

I am always getting up and on the road in the early morning hours on weekends and during hunting season, and I make breakfast sandwiches (bacon, egg, and cheese and YES scrapple, egg, and cheese) and freeze them, pop in the microwave for a couple of minutes while the coffee is brewing and hit the road! I think some different flavors would be great!

In other words, you're lining your pockets?
