I read this link (http://wp.me/pduTk-2Ba) and was wondering if anyone could explain why they buried Jackson's arm in the first place and then why they didn't dig it up and bury it with the rest of him?

“Well, they usually cremated all the arms and legs that were amputated after a battle, but they felt they couldn’t throw Stonewall Jackson’s arm in with the rest of them. I agree with Old Blu they couldn't have just throw it out. I did visit the farm plot where it is buried. The farm house and grounds are interesting.
