Hope that passes...Pburg is one of the places where my Great Great Grandfather fought. I use a restored photogravure image of him as my avatar. Pvt. Abel M. Crow, Macon Light Artillery....although it is referred to as Ells' battery in O'Rielly's book on the Petersburg campaign.

My G-Grandfather also fought there.  I do wish I had a picture of him.

I'm very fortunate to have several pics of Abel...unfortunately none of them are from the war-time era.

My G.G.Great Grandad fought there as well. 29th Va. Infantry,Com. H,I can not find much info on them though.I know they were in Corse's Brigade,Picketts Division,Longstreets Corps.I know the areas and battles but nailing exact positions seems to be elusive.Any info from others would be appreciated.

NPS will have some locations, and you will be able to find some here.

Good luck.  I am tracing the 52nd Va. which my G-Grandfather fought with.

Good luck.
